Suffice to say, CK did make jokes about the very thing he did, both in stand up and his TV show Louie. And whether someone admits publically to a crime has no legal bearing on whether they can undergo a trial — it’s bizarre that you think only someone who publically denies a crime should face legal repurcussions.
