Really disagree with this. There are many aspects of femininity that are valuable, and which men ought to learn. Women are expected to be good listeners, to think about how much space they occupy, to remember friends’ birthdays, to manage family relationships and keep them thriving. Women are encouraged to think about their health and appearance in unhealthy ways, but they are also taught to consider and take care of their bodies, in ways many men do not. Femininity has many beautiful qualities, and I wish more men were feminine in those ways! Just as I wish for women to have more freedom to be masculine.
