Seriously, help me understand why this was an issue/piece of writing that moved you to comment. I can’t understand it. Clearly something about my writing brought out a strong reaction in you — an emotional one, a one of principle, even. Why is that? Or what was that reaction? Because it seems like, if you’re unsympathetic, what I’m writing about is too small potatoes and frivolous to even be moved to comment on. But this mattered to you. I’m sure you see your comment as being a useful or even necessary thing to say. Why? What do I, or readers, need to walk away from your message understanding better? Clearly you’re trying to convey something of importance to you. Help me figure it out. Thanks.
