Thanks so much for your message. It is always so galvanizing to hear from parents of Autistic kids who “get it” — and of course it’s usually the parents who are themselves on the spectrum who are inclined to get it. Thanks for listening to your kid and seeing when medicalized treatment was becoming alienating to her.
