Available in Aotearoa through Mighty Ape. The Nile has it as preorder still. Can order through Paper Plus but it’s more expensive and shipping time is longer.
I’m going thru the most brutal divorce and am in dire need of wins.
I had a super productive day, but my greatest accomplishment was to be the first to snag it on Libby due to the alert I had set on it and how quickly I acted when I got the notification it was available. 💃
Congratulations!!! I’m new to the autism space and haven’t yet read Unmasking Autism. Would you recommend I read that one first or can this stand alone?
The book was written to stand on its own! If you feel that you're already somewhat familiar with the idea of Autism & unmasking and are most interested in reading about the practical-life challenges neurodivergent people face (and how we can overcome them), then you can start with UfL. If you'd like a primer on what masked Autism is, neurodiversity, and exercises for figuring your own neurotype out, start with Unmasking Autism then move on to UfL!
I would love it if you ever decide to write about how you write and are able to produce books at this pacing! I wish I could figure out getting my one book completed without it taking forever.
Congratulations and thank you for writing! I also really like that you included a link to Anna’s Archive. There are autistic people in countries where geo-specific content is limited, and so buying new international titles is often difficult AND very expensive.
Yayyyy congrats, Devon! I'm undecided whether to get the hardcover or the ebook. (Or both!) Typically I buy the ebook because it's lighter and more convenient for me. But I find I have trouble finishing books nowadays, maybe because my kindle is TOO convenient and easy to put down! Maybe a physical book will be easier for me to keep it top of mind (maybe this is an ADHD object permanence thing). Anyhow, congratulations again, Devon!!!
Thank you so much Sieran! I find the hardcover is useful if you like to write in the exercise tables. Wish I had added you to my PR list!!! Apologies for not thinking to reach out, I mostly get that done via a few social media blasts.

So excited for this, Ngā mihi Devon x

Happy book baby day!!
Yay! Also... did you upload your own book to libgen? You don't have to answer that. I'm impressed regardless.
I'm not seeing it there. Is this an invitation to post it? 🤔
Congratulations Devon - also that subtitle 😂

I'm curious about this, too. Maybe it's an outcropping of the work in a PhD program? Whatever it is, impressive systemizing!

No worries! Good point for writing in the exercise tables. I ordered the hardcover shortly after I wrote the above comment haha.
Are any of your books available in digital form-or audio form? I’m a slow reader—and going blind, it turns out.
I'm stoked to make my local bookstore order this right now.
You are a historical figure in our movement for social rights. <3
Congrats on your book release! Thank you so much for your work!!
Are you going to do any book events? At Women and Children First, for example!
Got my copy!
Woo hoo! 🎉 Congrats and I look forward to reading it!
Congratulations! Can’t wait to read this
Congratulations :)
