All I’m gonna say is that since I started using artificial intelligence a few months ago, people think I’m using it when I’m not…i know the idea is that artificial intelligence “trains”, but how should I feel now that my brain has been trained by that which is supposed to help me by being trained on others. It’s not just the words I’m using that i rarely ever used but there’s plenty of that. In the past, when I would try to increase the quality of my work through AI, words were suggested that I never heard before or never used before on a regular basis and now I use them all the time when I’m. not using AI. It’s not just the words it’s the formulation of the words …the structure. It allows me to talk to others in ways that I never did before. I used to try a break huge ideas into one sentence. My thoughts were over over encompassing. now I break them down as if they were being presented to me through artificial intelligence.
That sounds like a pretty typical linguistic adaptation that humans often engage in when they are exposed to new words and different ways of using language. Ever read a book and then had that author's cadence take over your inner monologue? It's a similar psychological process. What meaning you want to make of that is up to you, though.
Yes, (I used to read a lot of Stephen king and then I wrote like him, although I would intentionally jot words and phrases he used as I was reading him) and now with artificial intelligence, after I’m done chatting with it for awhile, I can still hear how it presents itself in my mind and work with it when I’m not actually using it

I used to train on a single author at a time but now with artificial intelligence I train on all of them at once
